Cleansing Tools to Get Cleaner Skin
I have definitely seen an improvement on the effectiveness in removing makeup. I used to use a cotton pad to apply toner and I would still see traces of my foundation powder on it when I used my hands to cleanse my face. However, after using the cleansing sponge, there's little to no traces of makeup and dirt (yay).
To use, simply run the konjac sponge under warm water until it turns soft and squishy. Then add your cleanser onto the sponge and gently press with your hands until it foams up (unless you're using a non-foaming cleanser). Then use the sponge to remove all that dirt and makeup! After I use the sponge to gently scrub my face, I rinse it until all the makeup is removed from the sponge, and further cleanse my face with just warm water on the sponge. I love using my konjac sponge on a daily basis.
On special occasions when my skin needs more exfoliation and radiance, I use 100% Pure's Facial Cleansing Brush to get a deeper clean. I love this brush because it's so soft and effective. It helps remove makeup and dirt just as well as the konjac sponge, however, it exfoliates my skin more than the sponge. It also helps increase blood circulation and thus improve the radiance of the skin.
Don't forget to hang your cleansing tools so it can air dry!
Another tip to get cleaner skin is to cleanse twice. For example, massage the face with the cleanser on the cleansing tool, rise, and repeat the two steps (or opt out of the cleanser and just use water).
