Favorite Body Moisturizers & Review

natural organic body lotions
Happy November! The weather is finally starting to cool down in So Cal and I'm all for it! However, my skin has been getting drier than usual so I thought it would be appropriate to share my favorite body moisturizers since your skin may be suffering from the dry weather too.

The ingredients of this body lotion are non-GMO verified and features skin-soothing ingredients like aloe vera, cocoa seed butter, and rosehip seed oil. The scent can be a bit strong but will fade after a few minutes. It's also vegan and gluten free.

The texture of the Andalou Naturals body lotion is not too thick nor too thin. It's the perfect in between that sinks right into the skin upon applying. I like that it doesn't leave a greasy feeling afterwards. I think this is better for those who don't have extremely dry skin.

This lotion smells heavenly, just like what you would expect from a baby's lotion. The scent is soft, relaxing, and light. The Babo Botanicals lotion features oatmeal to relieve itchy skin, calendula to heal and reduce inflammation, and shea butter to moisturize.

This is great for my dry, flaky skin as it leaves the skin feeling hydrated and smooth. The texture is a bit thicker than the Andalou Naturals body lotion and requires more effort to dissolve into the skin.

good medicine skincare radiance body cream review

Good Medicine Skincare Radiance Enlivening Body Cream, $24

Ingredients: Organic olive oil, organic aloe vera, glyceryl sterate, sodium stearoyl lactylate, rice powder, organic sugar cane, glycerin, organic cold pressed coconut oil, organic CO2 calendula extract, raw honey, lactobacillus ferment, ascorbic acid, rosemary extract, wasabi extract, vitamin E T-50, vitamin B. Pure essential oils and attars of juniper berry, cinnamon and ginger.

This body cream features aloe vera to soothe and soften, olive oil to moisturize and protect the skin from free radicals, calendula to heal and reduce inflammation, and honey to rejuvenate. I love how it contains ingredients to improve skin cell turnover rate to create firmer skin and even skin tone.

Out of all these body moisturizers, I love the texture of this the most! It's a bit thick but once applied, it melts right into the skin. I love how quickly it sinks dissolves and how moisturized my skin feels afterwards. The scent of this is more earthy. I also have the Indigo Restoring Body Cream which smells stronger and more like incense.

What are your favorite non-toxic body moisturizers?
