Kjaer Weis Cream Blush Review
The eco luxe, green beauty brand Kjaer Weis has finally made its way and found a new home in my makeup collection! To be honest, I've seen Kjaer Weis in several YouTube videos before I knew about green beauty but hadn't known it was natural until I stepped into the green beauty realm. Anywho, I've been eyeing the cream blushes for about a year now and finally made the purchase during Black Friday weekend!
The Kjaer Weis Cream Blush retails for $56 which comes with the luxurious case. It is also available as a refill for $32. I love how all Kjaer Weis refills are available for the entire line because it's more eco-friendly.
I went with the color Embrace, a light nude pink shade, which leaves my cheeks looking chic but put-together.
Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Mica, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Cera Alba, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Rosa Rubignosa Seed Oil, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract. - Creamy texture
- Easy to apply with brush or fingers
- Natural, satin finish
- Contains nourishing ingredients
- I would say this is suitable for all skin types
- Beautiful, high quality packaging
- Eco-friendly since all Kjaer Weis products can be refilled
- Contains coconut-derived ingredients, Caprilic/Capric Triglyercide and Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, which causes acne and my pores to clog up
- Packaging gets dirty easily
Overall, I only use this luxurious cream blush on special occasions because I don't want to dirty the packaging and also because it contains coconut-derived ingredients which break me out if I wear it for a long period of time in a day.
I wish it didn't contain any coconut-derived ingredients otherwise this would've more well loved! Prior to purchasing this, I didn't know there were other names for coconut ingredients which is why I still purchased this.
