Babo Botanicals Lip Tint Conditioner SPF 15 Review

This summer has been all about stepping up my SPF game—because I'm so over sunburns and sun spots. Unfortunately, the options are extremely limited when it comes to affordable lipsticks or tinted balms with sunscreen protection but when I saw the new Lip Tint Conditioner SPF 15 from Babo Botanicals a few months ago, I was beyond excited and knew I had to try them all!

Babo Botanicals Lip Tint Conditioner SPF 15 Seka Rose Beach Rose Wild Rose hellolindasau natural organic lip tint

I've mentioned the Babo Botanicals Lip Tint Conditioner SPF 15 in Wild Rose in my past blog post and wanted to go further into detail about all of the shades available. There are a total of 3 colors: Beach Rose (bottom), Seka Rose (top), and Wild Rose (middle). Each retails for $9.95.

Active Ingredients: Titanium Dioxide 1.7%, Zinc Oxide 0.7%
Inactive Ingredients: Beeswax*, Bisabolol, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)*, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract*, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract*, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Fragrance, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Iron Oxides, Jojoba Esters, Nasturtium Officinale Flower/Leaf Extract*, Octyldodecyl Oleate, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil*, Oryzanol, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil*, Pueraria Lobata Root Extract*, Silica ,Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Spiraea Ulmaria Flower Extract*, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter*, Tocopherol. *Certified Organic Ingredients

These lip tints are made of uncoated non-nano zinc oxide and nourishing ingredients like shea butter, jojoba oil, avocado oil, and cocoa butter. They apply like butter onto the lips and smooth out dry, cracking lips but doesn't melt in the heat or when you put them in your pocket! The lip tint conditioners also leave a nice, healthy gloss on the lips without feeling sticky or tacky.

Beach Rose is a very sheer, light apricot shade—this doesn't show up on my lips and looks like a clear balm instead. It's a great option if for those who'd rather go without color.

Seka Rose is a very sheer, light, cool-toned pink shade—this barely shows up on my lips but the coolness of the pink doesn't go well with my olive skin tone.

Wild Rose is a neutral-toned mauve shade—my personal favorite. It's the most pigmented shade out of the bunch and the one I reach for the most!

Thanks for reading! Which shade would you pick up?

  2. I love how rose is super trendy these days. The shade is nice and wow, those lip tints are affordable with it having natural ingredients! It sounds like something I would need. I would probably pick the Wild Rose.
