July 2017 Favorites

Hello! I will be sharing my top 3 favorite beauty products each month, starting with this past month of July. It's strange that I've never done a favorites series on my blog before... But there's a first for everything, right?
Since I'm forcing myself to select only 3 products total, you bet these are my most reached for items that I swear by. Let's jump into my July faves!

I love how natural looking this cream blush is! It adds life to my face and leaves a dewy sheen without looking oily. The creamy & pigmented formula blends out like a dream with fingers or a brush and doesn't cause my blemish-prone skin to break out. Spark is a peachy coral shade that compliments my olive skin tone. You can shop for it here.

I started using this clay mask as a daily cleanser and OMG, my skin has never felt softer. After removing my makeup with hemp seed oil, I add some of the clay powder onto my hands and add a bit of water. Instead of leaving it on the skin for 10-15 minutes, I exfoliate my skin with circular motions and rinse off immediately. I've noticed my skin is less clogged, my acne is less inflamed, and my overall complexion is more even toned. You can read my full review on this here and you can shop for it here.

I've been searching high and low for a natural sunscreen that doesn't contain any pore-clogging coconut-derived ingredients. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant about trying this sunscreen out because I wasn't sure if my skin would break out from it. Luckily, I gave it a shot and now I can't without it! I love that it doesn't break me out even though it contains nourishing ingredients like red raspberry, macadamia nut, and kukui seed oils. The oil-based SPF feels like silicone which makes it a perfect base for makeup. You can shop for it here.
Thanks for tuning into my July favorites! What are your favorite beauty products of the month?
Happy August, Linda!
ReplyDeleteI can't tell you enough how much I love your photography and your quest for natural ingredient products! I mixed the gold clay mask with honey once and it felt so good! I didn't know it could be used as a daily cleanser too!! I need to give that a try! Glad to hear that you found a neat sunscreen! It sounds really neat with raspberries and macadamia nuts!
